As an international legal practice with offices, people and clients around the world we are committed to equality and diversity in all our employment practices.

To ensure the continuous promotion of our diversity and dignity at work policy, we have a Diversity and Inclusion Committee. This Committee is not only responsible for devising policies and practices that support our commitment to diversity but also for ensuring that we promote and manage a culture which values the differences that all employees and communities bring.

We consider that all our people have a duty and a responsibility for the promotion and advancement of this policy and that it is applied across all levels. We also ensure that these principles of diversity play an integral part in our recruitment and retention of lawyers and support staff and in the promotion of talented individuals within our practice.
