Help on using RSS

What is RSS?

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a format for delivering regularly changing web content and allows you to stay informed of the latest content added to a web site. All RSS feeds can be viewed using software called an “RSS reader”, “feed reader”, or “aggregator”. You will need to install your own RSS reader if you do not already have one, though we provide a list of freely available RSS readers when you click on one of our RSS feeds.

What RSS feeds do we offer?

We offer a number of useful RSS feeds based around knowledge (publications we produce) and news articles (press releases). These can be found on our office and expertise pages (where they have been made available) and from our publications and news pages, as well as in the form of a user-defined feed:

  • Office related feeds
Publications and news items related to an office
  • Expertise related feeds
Publications and news items related to an expertise area
  • Latest news
    Our latest press releases
  • Latest publications
    Our latest publications
  • Custom feed
This is a very powerful type of RSS feed that allows you to use a custom search as a custom feed. You must first perform a search using the search box provided in the site banner, select your criteria and narrow the search results to your specific needs. You can then click on the “Custom feed” link to create your own custom feed.
